According to a survey carried out by SplashData the top 5 included the numbers 123456, the word ‘password’ and ‘qwerty’ (the first five letters on the top row of your keyboard from left to right). It’s really important that you try to make your password(s) as strong as possible to minimise the chances of becoming a victim of fraud. Generally the longer the password the better (as long as it isn’t 1234..etc or abcd…etc). It’s also worth having a password which is a mixture of upper and lower case letters, numbers and symbols if possible. Please also consider changing your password periodically. KEEP YOUR PASSWORD SECURE AND NEVER GIVE IT OUT TO ANYONE
